D22 Engine fault - no engine light on!

Can anyone help me, please? D22 codes "28" "41" "95" 3L 2004 no engine light on can't clear "28"!

what engine? (there is also the 3 litre V6)
and it pays to write the codes out properly so they don't get mixed up.
assuming zd30
0208 is overheat
0401 is intake air sensor
0905 is boost pressure

ps. Again assuming zd30, is it possible that some of these could be from old faults (not cleared)? The engine light should come on with these afaik. 0406, 0804 and 0903 have no engine warning light associated with them, the rest do apparently.
