D22 Body Swap.

Just thinking here, I have access to a D22 body and a y60 patrol wagon which the body is almost completely gone. I know D22 to GQ chassis swaps have been done before. But what would it be worth to swap the d22 body onto the GQ frame, keeping the complete driveline from GQ, engine, gearbox and axles.

Any insight into what fab work would have to be done other than body mount relocation and rewiring, would D22 engine bay be big enough to fit a Tb42 or 45 etc.

With enough patience and know how it can be easily completed, but before you start I would suggest talking with an approved engineer as it will need to be inspected.
