Cracked hot hose

Hi ,
I have noticed an amount of oil came out from turbo hot hose() it is a little amount like a spoon.
Then found a crack . So it is normal to have oil there and is it ok to just put some strong tape to close the crack?

The oil there is quite normal, the crack isn't. If you can't find a buyer for the crack, tape is only good as a temporary measure it's probably best long-term to replace the hose. You'd be losing boost pressure through there, and creating a bit more black smoke than usual.
