Cracked firewall cover around clutch master cylinder

Hey guys I have a 2010 d40 which has cracked around the firewall near the clutch master cylinder, I’ve heard it’s quite a common issue and a lot of people have taken Nissan to court for compensation over it and some have won, my question is has anyone had this issue repaired in Brisbane at all? Looking for options if Nissan wipe their hands with it
