I have a 2003 D22 3 litre ZD30 engine 190km on clock
Is it worth installing a catchcan for this 4WD ?

Yes. Better late than never. I fitted my 2010 D40 @ 235k kms after decontaminating the inlet manifold. Less smoke and slight improvement in mpg. (y)

For sure it's worth it. Lots of blowby from the old zd30, you'll be surprised how much.

Apart from helping the inlet manifold stay clean, it will also help the turbo. I found there was always some oil in the turbo, and the blades all pitted and worn from being hit with an oil mist and was losing performance. Changed the turbo and fitted a catch can and nearly 10yrs later impeller blades are still like new. Though I re routed it so that it goes in just before the air filter too, instead of near the turbo.
