Cab removal

Hi I have a 2004 D22 which has some chassis rust that needs to be addressed, to gain access I need to remove the double cab, has anyone done this? What needs to be disconnected? any help would be greatly received

I noticed that and edited the title for you.

As for the cab - people do body lifts by inserting spacers. If you only need a small amount of room, that might help. Otherwise it's not a job I've done, sorry.

Unless it’s that bad ur cutting out rust and welding, just buy some fish oil or penetrate. And soak the area. Comes in aerosol cans or brush on. Dries semi hard

Just to let you all know, it’s not a bad job to do as long as you have a workshop and ramp, next a shedload of welding, new suspension and brake lines, and raptor paint job, I will post pics when it’s done

I've looked into it aswell.. Unfortunately (to me) it mskes more sense to strip the Nav down before starting tho and i don't have the setup or probally patience to do so
