Brake calliper damage

Just got my new nav and noticed so scratches on the outside of both break callipers anyone know what causes this? I felt behind the wheel and couldn’t feel any scratches or obstructions either??

If you're referring to those scratches/grooves running horizontally along the calliper they're just machining marks from the manufacturing process, they all have those afaik. Unless you're referring to something else?

i assume you mean the impact points. looks like you had a stone etc in there. thats not uncommon.
