Audio system no audio

Has anyone had this problem ? No audio or cd working. Sat nav is working but no sound.

If memory serves, the ISO connectors have one for power/lights/antenna and the other for speakers. Could this unit have one that's come loose?

Stock speakers? From what I hear the stock front speakers are not good. Mine blew not log after installing a new head unit. Took me ages to work it out because the tears covered for it. Only that phone calls were impossible to hear as they only use the front speakers in my HU.

I will check connections, but audio and cd setting are shaded in audio settings, and buttons on steering wheel dont work. There is no sound whatsoever. Thanks.
