All the gear - No idea

Hi Everyone,
I have just purchased a 2017 STX, my first Ute so be kind if the questions are obvious to most.
I want to replace the grey inner guard panel on the arm rest (all doors) and the chrome component around the gear lever (Auto)
When I purchased the car, it was parked undercover and I was to excited to take note of the “little thing” each door is heavily scuffed and the chrome on the dash heavily scratched I’m so disappointed (purchased from a car dealer) - so I’m wanting to know is it possible to change the specific items or will I need to purchase an entire interior door insert etc? What sort of price would I be looking at brand new? If someone could please point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
