Hi everyone, I did originally post this query in Electrical but on second thoughts maybe it should be here anyway....
So I have a 2009 Navara D40 and the 4WD light comes on randomly
As far as I can tell the truck does not engage 4WD though and the little icon on the dash showing the status of the drive disappears.
I can switch the dial between the different settings eg 4WD, 4WD Lo and 2WD and nothing happens.
Then I turn off the engine start it again and the problem is solved.
Anyone the any ideas? Maybe the sensors on the transfer box?
