265/75r16 scrubbing

Hi all, I have a 2011 thai d40 and want to put 265/75r16s on the stock rims, will they scrub at all with no lift? Cheers

I have that size on my D40 but I have a 40mm lift.

They scrubbed a bit on the front plastic of the wheel arch, so I just cut it off (some was already broken anyway).
