2021 np300 st fitting 33s

Looking to fit 285/70r17 onto my 2021 Navara st, I will have a strut spacer installed in the front at the time of the tyre install. Just wondering if there will be any rubbing.
Does anyone with a d23 fitted 33s with just a front lift?
I've searched the forums without much luck as to finding a straight answer

275/70R17 @ 17x9.0 0 offset wheels. NO LIFT
Barely trimmed mudflap.
These very tyres were on stock 17x7.0 along 2 years. NO RUB at all.

what are the standard size tyres and offset of the rims on the d23?
do 16" rims fit over the brakes?
how does it drive (power and fuel consumption) with the bigger tyres compared to stock?

I felt no power loss under acceleration but stock brakes are mediocre and bigger tyres will require to press harder on the pedal.
