Installed new clock spring. Horn works, drivers airbag warning light gone, steering wheel cruise control buttons light up, cruise turns on but won’t set and start. Thoughts?

Manual or auto? The neutral position switch and clutch switch are two reasonably common problems in the manual version.
The clutch switch has some adjustment to it, alternatively some have glued a small tab onto it to to make sure it activates with the clutch out.
Neutral position switch can be tested by holding the gear lever to the right while trying to set it (once you’ve ensured the clutch switch is OK). If it will set in 6th gear holding the gearstick right and cancels when you let it go, replace the switch.

Check the switches on the brake pedal. I took my brake switch apart and found black powder inside, I cleaned it up and fixed the cruise issue.
