Hi, guys I’m currently looking for a new car and have set my eyes on this 2009 d40 Navara (Thai Built). The vehicle looks very clean inside and out but has 183,000 km on it. I don’t plan on doing any extremely heavy towing or off-roading it with it but I do intend to use it as my daily driver. For $17,000 do you guys think it is worthy buy?

That looks pretty good mate. Similar to mine - '08 STX 4x4, low kms & good quality accessories. I don't think $17k is unfair.
... but I'm only looking at photos on a screen.
Test drive reveals plenty about a vehicle if you know what to look/listen for.
And you need to know what you're getting into with a YD25. It's not always an engine you can just drive & ignore IYKWIM....

Hey @Jacka
just from the photos, with a quick round up/ round down process half that money would have been spent on just the ARB gear hanging off it..
If you've taken it for a drive and it's not overly noisy or clunky and there's not too many thing's not working then i would say GO FOR IT

Seems a bit overpriced to me, I’ve seen newer models for that money. Would have though $12-13 - except prices are high due to covid. I’ll be asking $10k for my 07 STX with 205km on it soon but without the barwork or canopy.

Having said that, if it’s well looked after it’ll be a good rig.
