Sorry for the delay, just saw your question. I like the bar, seems solid, had strong mounts for lights and uhf. I think that the energy absorbing nature of the bar is superior to a solid piece of railway track! I compare it to the damage you would suffer bunny jumping with the standard rubber or a steel chain!
