Suction Control Valve maybe?

If your missing the small O Ring for the fuel filter it will never start.

Comments from Nissan: Check for vehicle cutting out while driving and found internal fault in suction control valve. Replaced valve and tested operation ok. Warranty. Hopefully that is it.

Good news, Just got the call from Nissan and they said it is a faulty Suction Control VALVE. I will give you all the detailed version once I pick the vehicle up this afternoon. Covered under warranty also.
