Do a "throttle position relearn " , warm it up then leave it to idle for 10 minutes . this resets the idle volts on the T.P.S.

The CPS is behind the crank pulley , the pulley has a square metal plate stuck to the back of it so that the 4 corners protrude and that is what the sensor picks up . Make sure the corners aren't bent , follow the cable back to its plug at the top of the engine and make sure its o.k. The CPS is...

Timing chains on some yd25 models are know to fail. Could be the air con or alternator to. Remove the belt and see if it stops.

The bolt looks like one from the front timing covers , power steering pump or vacuum pump. Timing all good? It does take a bit to bleed all the air from the fuel system , crack all the injector lines and keep turning it over while someone pumps the primer till fuel comes out , then do them up.

Yeah both diffs need doing. Going up in tyre size is easier and cheaper. Tacho usually over reads by 10% when compared to ecutalk so probably not doing 2500 rpm anyway.

Those pipes carry coolant to the heater core under the dash with the smaller one that comes off and runs around the back of the head feeding the EGR valve. Probably need a new gasket for the turbo oil drain to stop the oil leak.

Atmospheric pressure is 14.7 {generally} so your probably running at 15.3. ECUtalk does the same thing.

They got better pistons from 2004, though they do use the VP44 fuel pump which need to be looked after. They don't use the VNT turbo or MAF which is the main reason Patrols got a bad rep.
