Hello, having a big electrical drama with my 2010 ST nav. Mechanic changed the head gasket and tried starting it but the SCV clicks but doesn't stay open. Multimeter only shows 3v. Injectors are dribbling out fuel when turning the motor. Multimeter shows only 6.6v. Battery is less than 12 months...

Looped the coolant from the egr pipe back onto itself. Still built up massive pressure in the coolant lines coming off the radiator. Again, hoping it was the egr pipe as the blanking solution is far cheaper than new head gasket but it's not the case.

Thanks for your reply. Already gave the rislone copper fix a go. Didn't change anything. Was hoping for a different answer, full well knowing the head gasket is probably gone.

Hello, my nav is experiencing almost immediate extreme pressure in the coolant pipes and strong pressure build up in the reservoir tank even after days without driving. Hello. I'm wanting to know when the DPF is meant to turn on. I'm under the impression that when the car is doing a burn the DPF light turns on and turns off when the burn is done. I just tried to force a burn doing 100kph in 3rd for about 20 minutes and the light did not turn on. Cheers.

Thanks for that. The crankcase is too large to put behind the passenger headlight. I ended up buying a Provent mount which moves the ECU unit 90 degrees and allows the crankcase to sit next to the ABS unit as you mentioned. Hello, I'm in need of replacing my Nissan towbar due to rust. I've noticed genuine Nissan D40 towbars range from 09/05-12/09 and 12/09-08/15. Are they interchangeable? I have a 2010 ST Thai built. Cheers

Any idea on the size of hole? It's not as simple as putting a hole in the plate and off you go. Every car is different, you may have been able to drill out the hole progressively until the hole is the right size for your engine.
