Yer mate I blocked the EGR off and fitted a new intercooler from Forefront industry’s.

We checked all pistons for head clearance but not of movement in the bored unfortunately. Although it’s running and quite smooth for a diesel and with a new turbo, vac lines and boost solenoid the actuator on the turbo fluctuates at idol causing it to almost stutter, any ideas guys??? Started...
