Hey guys, has anyone found their diesel power chip has burnt a circuit board!? Mine went the other day after 2 years of use, returned to turbo tech, said wont get warranty as was a voltage spike!!

Got the same problem with mine, it's more like a side squash from the chassis rail, I'd say from all the flexing, but still operates great!

The preload could be less than 10mm if I remember, will have to try that! Cheers

Turbo smart boost tee, found out it is the actuator which is rated 10psi, trying another..

Boost gauge installed in intercooler pipe motor inlet side, boost tee between pressure pipe and actuator not hard to mix up, unless I have to adjust my wastegate actuator arm?

Hey guys got a question, running a gt2554 ball bearing turbo, waste gate is a 10psi, so wanted to up the boost a little installed a boost tee and gauge, all in correct places, when I wind it up or down no matter what it still stays on 10psi, even unplugged the waste gate actuator hose still 10 psi..

Its neat, just as long as you cut the hole alright, i have the full uhf unit behind the panel.

I've installed mine into the little pocket next to the hazard switch and demister, just cut the hole bigger so it's snug for the unit. Great spot

Sorry for the really late reply but havnt been on here in a while, those tyres were coopers 33" 12.5r15, rims 15" x 8, but have now changed to Micky t's baja claw, 33" 12.5r15, they used to scrub full lock and with a bit of flex, now bodylifted which is all good!

cant remeber what i paid for mine when it blew the seal but i upgraded to a garrett gt2554 ball bearing turb..good power holds boost through gears, roughly $2k

Should be able to easy, mine clears 1.75 33"s and 3"lift
