Recently installed a new replacement engine and it has a lot less mileage then what the clock displays for the previous engine, is there any way or any diagnostic tool to adjust it at all to reflect the correct mileage?

I am looking to replace my tail lights with some LED ones, as well as replace the rear number plate side lights with LED's. Also looking at HID lights for the front headlights. It's a 2007 D40 Navara, anyone have any leads? I do believe there are some Chinese ones on Ebay but didnt hear great...

Another thing I just noted as well, in the manual for the CAW-NS2510, it specifies right at the top CAW-RL2000 and CAW-NS2510, so by the looks of it, the Navara harness is only compatible with the original steering remote box https://kasc.kenwood.com/files/prod/1628/5/CAW-NS2510.pdf
