Regarding the mini top mount intercooler setup that this thread was originally about... Has any one had any trouble with the silicone bend attached to the turbo? Mine split, wasn't from rubbing on the bottom of the cooler either.

Yep, exact same issue, 02 dx navara in white. Got it resprayed recently. I'm no painter but the primer did look fairly shiny where the paint flaked off

Hi, im after a GENUINE Nissan D22 4x4 idler arm from a Japanese built navara. Or pre 2008 if not. Worn bushes doesn't matter as long as it's not bent etc. Maybe some one has replaced theirs and hasn't thrown out their original one? I'm in perth and will pickup, or can cover postage...

I have done it, just put in the oven at 100 deg for about 10mins, or however long you reckon it takes to heat the whole thing up. Should be able to pry the cover off easily with a screwdriver etc.

Just thought I'd put an update on my setup. I've made a shroud/spacer for the fan, so now the fan sits up in the scoop, also made a rubber seal to stop engine bay air being drawn into the fan. As the fan is wider than the cooler the shroud stops air flow going past the sides of the cooler...

Kinda like the clack sound you get when you badly labour a petrol car? Mine does it too sometimes. Was thinking engine mounts but they look ok...

The compression is usually harder by hand than extension. 3x harder seems alot but might be right for those shocks...

Just keep the hubs unlocked, the gearbox in 2WD, and you should be able to turn the front prop shaft by hand and see both the cv's turning the same way. If you can do this then I'd say your diff isn't the problem
