I’ve resprayed the bullbar on my Nav where it had surface rust and scuffs, first up a good sand and clean with mentho. Then I just used the Australian export primer and painted Matt black, no point buying the dearer paints if you just going to damage again. Expensive paints on high abuse areas...

Might have different bell housings. I would recommend trying to get a td2.7 gearbox as well as i’m Not sure how interchangeable the bell house is between gearboxes but from what i’ve Heard the gearboxes are the same in the 4wds but bell houses and diff ratio’s differ between engines. Cheers, Mat

You could splice of the indicators and re- wire back to the dash but for the amount of work and the constant headache of finding a electrical fault. Your best option is to get an auto Electrican, tampering with those wires could disable them making you vehicle dangerous on the road. We have all...

Nah sorry Bear, left for the big scrap pile in the sky a month ago. I did take some parts from it though such as air box assembly, rims, towbar front diff, fuel tank,starter motor, front bash plate and cluster other parts were scavenged by local D21 enthusiasts. Cheers Mat

Seems Nissan has lost all respect for customer feedback and pre delivery checks. It is too much to ask the customer to gamble on fuel consumption figures, I would swap to an aftermarket version but it would void warranty. Redesigning the sender and a recall for parts swap would show good...
