Hi guys, My 06 zd30 is shuddering on take off, i think thats what its called. The engine rattles a bit then it goes away. It also does in 2nd gear if i accelerate to much while the revs are low. What causes this? Lack of boost at low revs?

Just spent the weekend at the coorong drove almost to the mouth from 42 mile crossing. I done 165kms on the beach (soft sand) and used over half a tank of fuel almost 3 quarters. What kind of fuel usage do others get in 4wd?

My navs making a whining noise only does it at 80km/h or over and only does it at low to mid boost. I assume itsa boost leak but its odd it doesnt do it at all speeds or at full boost

Hey guys, I went out for a mud run the other night and since then my car is making a noise at around 3000rpm. Dont think its the turbo as it make full boost before 3000rpm its only at that rpm. It kind of sounds like somethings rubbing while its spinning. Im hopeless at describing sounds lol...

Hi guys, On the weekend i noticed my car is making a new noise. It was only doing it on cold start and would seem to go once the car was at running temp. Sometimes it wont do it all. Its coming from the front of the engine. Sounds like its the fan belt to me. Has anyone else had this issue?

Finally installed some bonnet struts that iv been meaning to do for a while now. I used vt commodore struts from ebay. And ball stud bolts from bursons to attach to the bonnet. Then just used an existing bolt on the guard on both sides. 😃😄😎

Going to install a pillar pod with egt and boost gauge. Got my egt gauge today. Just wondering how im meant to run the wires into the engine bay? Had a look and couldnt see any way of doing it. Iv read on here others have run it through where the bonnet release cable goes through the fire wall...

5th gear in my nav has always had a bit of a crunch. Its ok if i change from 4th to 5th slowly and not many revs. But this is not always do able. Lately it has got worse. Is this a d22 thing? Always thought it was seeing as my mates 09 d22 does the same. Any way of fixing this issue? Gear box...

Hi, Iv got a bad noise coming from the nav since having new springs fitted. Taking it back in monday if the place is open. The rear end sits at 780mm bottom of rim to guard. Had no brake issues before. Something ls rubbing as it spins. Hear it when braking, but also when down gearing. No noise...

Iv had an annoying squeaking noise coming from the rear end of my nav for a while now. Thought it was the bushes needing greasing. So i replaced bushes and re greased. Didnt fix the problem at all. So i sprayed the leaf springs with wd40, stopped the noise instantly!

Hi guys, my handbrake light has been staying on since i fitted extended shackles. It goes off as i release the handbrake when parked, but comes on and stays on while im driving. Iv had a look and cant see why its happening. Any ideas? Cheers Jase

My HD tie rod adjusters finally turned up today. I was surprised how much thicker then standard they're! Do these fit without hitting anything or do i have to get the grinder out? And the 2 flat sections for getting a spanner around are side by side? As in not on opposite sides. ???

Whats the go with fitting recovery points to a d22 with tjm bash plates?? Can i still put recovery points on, or dp they use tthe same holes in the chassis?? Cheers
