    excessive tyre wear

Actually I think you'll find the np300 and the d40 use the same upper control arm wish bones iirc (don't quote me). Is the vehicle lifted? Often once the vehicle is lifted above normal ride height it's very hard to get a correct alignment. Aftermarket upper control arms will allow greater...

Water cooled intercooler on 3.0L zd30?

I knew I'd seen that style intercooler before it looks like a frozen boost intercooler core. Water to Air Intercooler. Does the componentry look similar to that?

Water cooled intercooler on 3.0L zd30?

Definitely not from the factory like that. That's an aftermarket w2a intercooler setup. There are likely a few brands available but I'm not an expert on them as I only have a regular top mount IC. One of the aftermarket companies would be best to hit up for a replacement waterpump

    2018 Tekna tailgate seal

Sealing your tail gate entirely might not be the best option as its the natural drain point if water gets in, most are just after a dust seal. Are you sure it's coming through the tailgate and not elsewhere I assume you have a canopy?

ZD30 Upgrade power options or buy a New Vehicle

The OP has a zd30 there shouldn't be a MAF, but there is only a MAP sensor which doesn't get dirty like a MAF

ZD30 Upgrade power options or buy a New Vehicle

Obviously your first port of call is the check all the things mentioned above, if you're keeping the car getting ecutalk cable and hooking it up the car can show you heaps of info. If you had a boost leak you should no about it the car whistles like crazy usually. Maybe installing a boost gauge...

ZD30 Upgrade power options or buy a New Vehicle

I did a wrote up many years ago to clean out the manifold if you're keen, pretty easy to do. A remapped ecu is the best bang for buck power upgrade. Not easy tho as you need someone to socket the ecu, mine has a Rumpig tune and it is excellent.

    D22 caliper brake upgrade

Well mate my piston cups aren't siezed I don't think, however I will buy a seal kit from partsouq, and pull it apart and give it a good clean up. My passenger side slide pins had siezed so I wore down one pad completely. So I got new pads in now and then I couldn't get the pins out so got a new...

    D22 caliper brake upgrade

Never saw this reply mate. I saw your other thread on your caliper rebuild so I'll look into that

    Chips/Remaps

Remaps are definitely superior to a chip. With a chip you generally have no idea what is being altered, most of the cheap ones just push more fuel through. With remap many different factors can be changed such as throttle response and injection timing, fuel increase etc. Regardless, with either...

Are you needing well priced Nissan parts

I tried looking up the injector pump and bare motor and short motor and got no prices regardless. I can often find the parts and then there is a box which says something like check prices but when clicking it no prices are ever shown. Just seems like it's a shitty bit of Web design.

Are you needing well priced Nissan parts

Ah that's annoying I wondered why I couldn't find any prices haha

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

Yeah you don't take the ?evaporator out just remove the lower section of the cooling box. As said hardest bit is removing the side clips at the back, I didn't bother putting them back on as the back of the box is held up by the bolts on the firewall underneath the cooling box pretty well. And...

Are you needing well priced Nissan parts

I am having trouble getting prices off 7zap, I have entered in my vin and selected the car details correctly and I can see all the parts but I can't get any actual prices for the parts I click on. Ie there is a box that says show prices but no actual monetary value is displayed?

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

Also I take it back. There are two moulds, one front and one back which look like they should have clips but don't, so I think there are only 3 at the front and 3 at the back. I only put one of the back ones on as it is the easiest to reach didn't do the side ones as its pretty well impossible...

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

Okay I got it eventually. It ain't easy. You just have to cut the seals if you have an old d22 they will likely be almost perished anyway. There are clips at the back corners on the sides which are bastards to get to. I will attach a picture of the box as it sits facing you. Circled yellow is...

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

Also I'd hazard a guess that the evaporator and it's housing are filthy on all d22s because they don't use a cabin filter

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

Ie removing the lower section of the evaporator housing?

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

Can you actually do this without removing the evaporator and degassing the AC system? Seems like a struggle to get all the clips off?

Always a good idea to clean out the aircon

I'd love to have a look at this as my AC has a bit of a smell to it. This is the box under the passenger side foot well yeah? Does it just unclip? How did you go about cleaning the actual fins etc?
