Gday guys, on cold start engine runs low on power and is quite gutless for about 10 - 15 seconds then will come good and drive great. Fault only occurs on cold start. Thinking maybe injector issue? Have replaced vacuum lines and fuel filter, no logged DTC’s and no lights on dash. Any help appreciated, cheers.
 
First thing I'd try is making sure fuel is not slowly draining back to the tank. Test it by priming the fuel system before trying a cold start. If the problem's gone away you have a small leak that's allowing fuel to return to the tank. Find it by priming the system too much - this will pressurise the system and diesel will start leaking out. Fix the leak = problem gone.

The other possibility is a turbo that doesn't like being cold, but that is a bit more spanner work and not as common as the fuel problem.

Priming before starting has seemed to have made a difference. Is there anywhere in particular that commonly leaks?
 
Yes, as Erick said - the primer and the filter are both very common. Just overprime the system until it starts leaking diesel and you'll know exactly where the leak is.
