Hey guys,

Got an engine code read for my MAF sensor and IAT sensor. Cleaned the MAF today but couldn’t remove oil stains on the shiny silver plate it is also starting to go black around the outside of it too. Also the turbo outlet gasket feeding into the inter cooler piping is leaking oil down onto my turbo.

Check engine light is on and have noticed a decrease in performance. Any recommendations?

Buying a new MAF sensor and gasket hopefully this fixes it. If not any other problems that could cause these codes:
P0102
P0113

I have a d22 yd25 2013.

Thanks.

Not sure about "oil stains" on the MAF.. im thinking that would be a bit concerning..

Remember when cleaning that guy, NEVER touch the hair thin wiring inside with anything other than the cleaner..

Maybe time for a new one along with a new air filter? check your airbox seals and clips are all fitted tight

the intercooler piping is notorious for leaking oil.. if your able, pull it down along with removing and cleaning the intercooler out.. Invest in a decent oil catch can - this wont eliminate the problem but really slow it down or at least minimise the oil..

ive always followed @Old.Tony instructions as to cleaning these two items out. let me know if you cant find them in search and ill link you here

Havent looked up your codes but if its a code related to the maf - you'll notice the power decrease for sure.. that tells the ecu how much airs coming in so it knows how to fuel correctly.. problem with the air in, itll definitely underfuel to save any damage
