I have only really herd negative talk about the V9X but since having and putting a little effort into a 10y.o. ute that has 226km on the clock it still blows away Hilux, Colorado and Ranger. Legend X system very easy installation and HPD catch can great stuff... Word of advice with HPD catch can reverse the pipes at can and then see how much oil you get...
Around 200mls every 2,500kms mine collects....

Thats great mate!
I love mine. But its giving me the shits with the limp mode at the moment. Happened 5 times this morning for a 30min highway drive.
Anyway i've added an EGR delete cable today and will see if that does anything.
What is a Legend X?
Why is a hpd catch can better than a standard one?

My V9x has a similar distance travelled (224k). The only issues being the intercooler, poor FM reception and the sunglasses holder, so apart from routine maintenance it has been perfect.

Mine is 240k. New intercooler in transit. New SCV also coming. I have a sunglass holder issue to lol. I dont bother with it anymore

Evening
Legend X is a 3inch mandrel bent exhaust system by Genie Exhaust and let me tell you getting so much more power from dump pipe replacement and hi flow cat. HPD catch can was recommended by a Mechanic friend Mark who owns Chadstone Motors in East Malvern. He had a 550 and sold it and regrets it but he is a Wizard when it comes to V6 diesel 3lt.Can highly recommend him for any repairs to Nissan 550. EGR delete cable is a good thing I personally have one on mine but you have to have all the engine codes cleared so they're not in fault mode on your car prior to installing it and follow the instructions of the cable and it works quite well.

Hey mate PEC in Moorabbin and EBay has a replacement Intercooler which I changed in mine about 6weeks ago.
Same size as original but fully welded tanks not pressed like Nissan one is.
Cost me $500.00 and locally made too.

Cheers.
Actually apart from the junk on AliExpress, all the aftermarket intercoolers seem to be made by the same company in Oz.
So in my case they had to be shipped 12,000 miles for me to buy one!
