Hi all, My 2008 D40 as H/D springs and bigger tyres, which has lifted her 4", my problem is towing my trailers... The tow ball is just a couple of inches to high, it's the Brinks type. As anyone got a part No for a "longer / lower" swan neck Please. It's not for a heavy load or any distance...

Compression teat, check water with a tester.. shows if carbon ect is in system, have a look at the turbo & of course check pipes....

Good morning. Sorry to bother you but you seem the man to ask a question to ? I have just managed to ship in (I live in Spain) a Australian made, Engine guard. What would you surgest to set the max alarm at please ? I was thinking 90 to 95 as I don't do much long distance towing. Thanks & best...

I have the same,it was there before I overhauled the full top end inc chains, manifolds and turbo off... New gaskets ect.. Finished the rebuild and whistle still the same ... NO lose of power ect so not to bothered ?

Hi there, I lost all the coolant very quickly, a plastic tee piece collapsed, heater pipe / header tank junction. Coolant gone in seconds and the temp went down first... then shot up, too late head gasket gone, I have since fitted a Engine Guard with sensor on intake manifold. Found a brass tee...

I had same thing go on mine..saved the head but blew the head gasket... I terraced the tee & the pipe to the heater. I mentioned it all on here with a warning to other owners to do this upgrade ASAP..

Collapsed plastics pipe into heater ... tee pieces just fell apart and I was on a busy roundabout...= blown head gasket... 4.50e for the tee pieces in brass... bit late but ?

Just done my chains at 345km all good with only minor wear on a couple of the plastic runners. I was doing a blown head gasket, so did the lot. Went original replacement, not a great beliver in the conversion.. wider but narrower, swings & roundabout's. Original was just fine at 345km so...

Don't belive that for one minute. They ether take them back and provide the correct ones...or take them to court inc the time they made you waste fitting tyres ect... how could you know they didn't fit till you went to install them..small claims court if possible... bet the sort them out before...

Take them back as they do not FIT
