Mate; check to see if you lose power when put the right foot into it, if it does check your inter-cooler hose it could have come loose and sucking air.

Pedal sensor wire forth wire in from the front, Mine was Red. Double check with a multimeter Measure the voltage with a multimeter on the plug-in connection. The signal has a voltage of 0,4-1 volt and increases at full throttle (3 - 4,9 volt).

I have one fitted to mine also, so far so good.

the only other option is to have someone with a DPF that can lend it to you, you should be able to use it to clear the error, and then put in the delete pipe to stop it from reoccurring.

So the 2010 motor does not fit the 2007 model, what model is it suitable for besides the 2010, will it fit a 2008 or 2009 D40 STX.
