I think the above $70 quote was for a D22 from memory. There is a genuine D23 one. At the moment I have no idea what it looks like but I will have one early next week to have a look at. They are about $29.

F2210JR000AU will fit all Thai builds except single cab/cab chassis. Notice both numbers are on that sticker though. There is usually a welded plate inside the end of the bar (RH wing) with the actual part number on it. JR100Au is for single cab or cab chassis. So check the number on the welded...

Yes you can get the footrest. Along with the grommet, screw and nuts they are about $70.

The genuine kit suits all D40's. It lists as all spain built from 4/2005 and all Thai built from 3/2008 which would be when both started in Oz. I have sold a couple and they seem to be easy enough to fit from reports back. $130 plus some post so not that expensive.

There is a Nissan kit which consists of a cleaning wire (to clean out the D on the top slide) and some stuff like clear contact to help it slide through the top slide easier. For about $15 not a bad investment. Doesn't always fix it completely but 95% of the time makes it mich better.

I would guess it is time for an ECU reset or maybe just and idle learn.

The original steel cable is 8mm x 30 mt. I know for sure that 40mt of 8mm plasma fits just fine so I would expect 30mt of 10mm should be pretty close to the same.

Not 100% on the sports bar but think it might fit. Hard lid I don't think will fit properly as the tub is a bit longer on the ST as far as I know.
