I just left it. It's only in 4wd and it has a nice smooth curved dint that almost looks like it's ment to be there and only hits under huge amounts of load in low range

do you have an aftermarket dump pipe. if You do it could be hiting the uni joint on the front drive shaft mine does this has a nice dint in the dump pipe. the dump pipe move wen the engine twists

Fatboy I measure it for ya. From the top point of the mounts on the chassis it is 275mm to the alloy checker plate floor

Ill have to measure it can't remember the heights. My rear springs have sagged and need replacing so I will get the height off the chassis mounts

It has 33 12.5 bighorns on 15" -22 offset very wide 4" lift the tyres don't hit the tray at all or the front guards which have been cut

I have my hight lift, 3rd battery, 20ltr air tank tank, 2ltr water tank and 9500 pound warn winch all under my tray could squeezeore stuff unde if I wanted

yeah ideally if I had every thing read to go it would have take a couple days. tubs are no good for anything everyone needs a tray lol
