Not a great pic but its all Ive got, next time I take the seats out ill try and get a better one. Bolted through top and bottom, with a plate on the outside of both.

I had a guy come out and do mine and mod plate. In Brisbane. Doesn't look overly complicated install, but I wanted to get it done with someone approved by QLD transport.
