I had something similar. It turned out that the sway bar link had the smallest amount of play (when you pulled on the bolt it moved in and out by about 1.5mm in the rubber bushing) that you couldn’t pick up with them in place. Good luck, unknown noises drive me nuts too.

I think there’s also a bit of a grey area with the DPF in the 2011/2012 models (mine has 130k) as these were basically passive systems that weren’t plumbed in. They are also easily 30kg of cast iron. I think as long as you keep the cat then you’re legit. if you search kuluin exhaust on YouTube...

I replaced mine with a turbo back system that has a hiflow cat, no DPF, and a muffler. I think there’s a Legend branded one but mine was from an exhaust shop on the Sunshine Coast. It’s a tricky/fiddly job (like the catch can you have to pull half the stuff off the motor to get to the turbo)...

Bingo. Even though they were off a new Nav the very inside of the rim didn’t clear the front of the caliper by about 3mm in 2 places. corrections were made and now they are good

Yeah, you’re kinda screwed. As @landmannnn said, it’s hitting on the caliper and you are kind of stuck with those unless you want to go through a major reengineering exercise. It might be worth looking at additional offsets for your rims. That’s likely to be a bit frustrating because if the...

Body lift is a massive pain in the arse and gives zero benefits. The main drawback (especially if you have a tub) is extending the fuel filler. Don’t do it.

Great ride. My young fella had one until somebody totaled it when parked. it’s worth checking the center bearing and the universals as well as a refresh of the bushes on the sway bar and tie rods. Tightens it up nicely and you can pretty much do all of this yourself
