Thanks fella's Thanks everyone i've fixed the whistle, the poor performance and the engine shut down issues, it was a small hole in the egr pipe gasket. Now i looked everywhere but behind this pipe (check pics), i noticed soot on the injector pipes used mirrors/lights to spot hole. Anyway...

Thanks Dav I have just read the thread D22-EGR/butterfly etc. from page 1-23 I'm going to put turbo back in (old one) and do mods, check piping ect. COOLA
